Door Panel
Designed with a unique 3-part system, this door panel is constructed of 100% recycled HDPE. The core is 1” thick, clad with 3/8” textured skins on each side to complete the 1 3/4” full panel. The door has a softened edge around the entire perimeter to provide a smooth finish. The door also comes prepped for lockset installation at your desired height. The satin chrome lockset, hinge, and closer are provided in packaging for field installation.
Hinge
The standard half surface-mounted continuous hinge is made of aluminum and runs the length of the door panel, providing optimal strength and a stylish finish. It is recommended that any hinge used on this door is mounted through the face of the panel using a surface-mounted hinge. Hinges used without this method will cause void of warranty.
Hardware Options
The EcoAccess door comes standard with a continuous hinge, lockset, and closer. These can be removed if requested. Additional hardware options include stainless steel kickplates and lite kits.
Lite Kit Options
Glazing options include 1/4” tempered safety glass or polycarbonate set in a black powder-coated lite kit. Standard sizes include 24” x 30” and 8” x 32”. For custom size kits, please contact a sales representative.
Frame Options
Chase offers both hollow metal and stainless steel frames that can be butt-mounted or wrapped for most wall conditions, including insulated wall panels. The frames are available with a variety of mounting systems.
