Overhead Door Track Guards are designed to protect doors positioned in high traffic areas of a warehouse. Track guards are bolted into the floor directly in front of overhead door tracks to provide added layers of protection against forklifts, motorized pallet jacks, and other motorized equipment. A broken overhead door track can severely inhibit workflow, especially if the door cannot open or close properly. Time, money, and productivity can all be lost.

All door track guards are painted in a yellow powder coat finish, making the doors/door tracks highly visible. They are specially designed for sectional door tracks, as they are able to wrap around a door track without interfering with the door’s operation.
Door track guards are available in 36" and 48" heights. TMI door track guards are capable of withstanding the impact of 10,000 lbs. of forklift traffic at 3 to 4 miles per hour. Projecting 7" from the wall, the track guards are low profile and a 45-degree angle down the middle of the track guard provides additional strength while enabling the guard to completely cover the track. TMI door track guards come with a 1/4" foot plate that holds three 1/2" anchors, as well as a wall flange drilled for four 3/8" anchors. TMI door track guards are an excellent solution for ensuring that your overhead doors stay protected and in working order.
