Chase offers three unique and versatile trailer stands that are designed to provide additional layers of safety and security in and around the loading dock. When trucks unhitch their trailers during the unloading process, the trailer is often prone to tipping due to an uneven load capacity or a forklift that offsets the front end load capacity and causes the trailer to "submarine" forward, damaging the trailer and endangering employees. With trailer stands from TMI, trailers can be supported during the unloading process.
The EZ-Riser is a state-of-the-art trailer stand that is easy to use and extremely effective. The EZ-Riser can be maneuvered under the truck to provide instant protection and stability. The Auto Riser is an equally effective tool for supporting trailers. An exclusive gas-activated leveling system with a security pin makes supporting the trailer a breeze. The Ratchet Riser serves as both a trailer stand and a trailer jack with up to 40,000 lbs. of lifting capacity. All trailer strands provide secondary support should a trailer's landing gear collapse. Each stand is ergonomically designed and offers best-in-class safety and simplicity.

Auto Riser Trailer Stand
The Auto Riser trailer stand from TMI is a useful safety tool that prevents unhitched trailers from collapse during the loading and unloading process. The Auto Riser keeps both the truck and the surrounding workers safe during the loading and unloading process. The Auto Riser is made from heavy-gauge steel and the square center down tube is topped with a 5" x 30" support pad that extends from its base height of 42" up to 52.5".
A gas-activated system makes the Auto Riser easy to raise and lower and a security-locking pin ensures that the Auto Riser stays in place when in the raised position. 10" semi-pneumatic tires and a solid base that is 17" x 18.5" provide added safety. The stand can be easily positioned even in the worst conditions, including sleet, snow, and loose gravel. The Auto Riser has a static load capacity of up to 100,000 lbs. and is full of features that make it a safe, reliable, and efficient tool for keeping workers safe.
Ratchet Riser
The Ratchet Riser is an easy-to-use trailer-stabilizing jack that effectively increases dock safety. Along with serving as a trailer stand capable of supporting a 100,000 static load capacity, the Ratchet Riser doubles as a trailer jack to prop up the front end of a trailer. When used as a trailer jack, the Ratchet Riser creates a powerful lifting capacity of 40,000 lbs.
The Ratchet Riser trailer stand/trailer jack has an adjustable, pivoting head that can be raised from 39.5" up to 51". When being used as a trailer stand, two Ratchet Risers are required. The Ratchet Riser adds an extra level of safety to employees working in and around the trailer. Each Ratchet Riser comes with 8" semi-pneumatic tires and, like all TMI trailer stands, has a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
EZ-Riser Trailer Stand
The EZ-Riser Trailer Stand from TMI is a heavy-duty stand that is designed to offer a simple, easy-to-use solution for protecting trucks and workers when trucks are unloaded. The trailer stand is placed at the front end of a trailer when it is unhitched from the tractor to prevent the front end from collapsing. Whether the front end is laden with cargo or forklifts offset the balance, a trailer stand adds an extra layer of safety. The EZ-Riser offers best in class safety and simplicity. It is equipped with a gas-activated leveling system that can be easily raised and lowered to fit under the truck trailer.
The ergonomic design of the EZ-Riser enables the device to be used without having to bend over or exert unnecessary energy to support the trailer. The user simply needs to position the EZ-Riser trailer stand under the "nose" of the trailer and pull the lever, which will raise the support to the desired height. Once the stand is in place under the trailer, the user can release the lever and lock the stand back into place. The EZ-Riser consists of 16" diameter rubber wheels combined with an ergonomically positioned handlebar for easy use on all surfaces. The extra-large base adds stability to the EZ-Riser, which is capable of supporting up to 100,000 pounds of static load capacity. All TMI EZ-Risers come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer's defect.
